Environmental Testing

• Completed environmental testing including thermal air, TVAC, vibrational, source shock, acoustic, and zero g deployments

• Worked with external test houses to complete test campaigns

• Developed acceptance, qualification, and protoflight test campaigns for solar arrays and mechanisms

Proof and Leak Testing

• Developed proof and leak testing for the propulsion system, ECLSS system, and landing gear system

• Procured and designed GSE to support testing

• Executed proof an leak testing on the floor as the test conductor

• Reviewed and analyzed test data to determine path forward on build nonconformances

• Developed methods and standards for the first proof and leak test campaign done by company

DreamChaser Structural Test

• Prepared for tests by assembling and procuring GSE

• Worked in a team to cover 24 hour testing on the vehicle

• Supervised critical lifts and installation of GSE

• Managed techs in setting up for testing​

• Completed sensor checkouts and software/ rack validation

DreamChaser Flight Control Actuator

• Developed GSE for testing

• Oversaw vibrational testing of the actuator

• Ran functional testing on the actuator

• Ran thermal vacuum testing on the actuator

• Validated test racks in preparation for testing
